The Hot brew over ice method of making iced coffee stands in stark contrast to vast majority of cold brew methods commonly used in cafes or by our guests when making coffee at home. The key difference being the use of hot water which allows this method to produce a cup that highlights the brighter fruit forward qualities of a coffee where as a room temperature immersion method for making Cold Brew downplays those flavors.
